Navajo Nation, Arizona
Strengthening generations through culture, opportunity, and community.
Navajo Generations creates welcoming pathways for families and youth to learn, gather, and build a future rooted in connection.
Our purpose
When culture, care, and opportunity move together, generations grow stronger.
The purpose of Navajo Generations is to empower and equip children and young people within Navajo Nation communities to discover their potential, develop their gifts, and grow as confident and compassionate leaders. Through mentorship, education, coaching, and meaningful community engagement, we seek to create opportunities for young people to learn, grow, and lead while honoring the strengths, values, and identity of their communities. Our purpose is not simply to serve a generation, but to invest in a generation that will strengthen the next—creating a lasting legacy of leadership, hope, and positive impact within the Navajo Nation.
